James is getting to be 14 months old. He is getting so big! He is 30 pounds. He loves to bring his football over for mommy to play with him. He likes to help mommy close things like doors. He loves to howl like a wolf and he also loves Barney! He is my little man and I can't believe how fast he is growing.
Alina is getting big as well. She is 6 weeks old and is growing fast. She is over 10 pounds and she holds up her head a little. She smiles and giggles...and she loves to giggle in her sleep. She loves to move either in her swing or in the car.
James is a good big brother. He gives kisses and when she cries, he cries.
We got James a Big Boy Recliner and he loves it.
I love my family.

big boy!
Tonight is James' 3rd night in his "big boy" bed (toddler bed.)
He is also teething...poor baby. :( It's going to be his 8th tooth.
Also, When I was trying to give him our high five-ing he licked my hand instead...:)

James is a fantastic Big Brother. He gives her kisses and pets her head. Now, he has his moments when he is a bit jealous but most of the time he gives kisses and pets her. He is going to be her protector, I think. I know he loves her.
Alina will be a month soon and I can't believe how fast the time has gone.
Now here is my birth story: (Here are some acronyms that you will see.
DTD- Doing the dance (sex)
L&D-Labor & Delivery
Epi- Epidural
DH- Dear Husband)
So it started off on June 15th, a Tuesday. A few days before I had went into Early labor, nothing the doctors could do about it besides let me labor at home. I was a 3 and wasn't progressing anymore. So on June 14th, I did some acupressure and walking. June 15th, We DTD and walked. After DTD i was contracting pretty good but didn't want to go in in fear of being sent home. The contractions got stronger at about 6pm and got intolerable at 7pm. 8pm came and I knew I had to go in. My friend came over for a little bit and then she was gonna take me in to L&D. I didn't want DH to miss work unless it was the real thing but his supervisors wife was gonna watch James. As I dropped him off, Dh's supervisor called him and even though I told DH to just stay at work until I know for sure, he wouldn't. He pulled my friend and I over and I switched cars. Dh drove 90 down the freeway with the hazards on.
Got to the hospital at about 9pm and was 4CM dilated and 90% effaced. The doctor told me I was for sure staying. Walking was intolerable so I just laid in the tub. At about 12am or so i was at a 7 and then an 8. I got my EPI and then they broke my water. I started pushing at around 8:30am, I pushed for twenty minutes and little Alina Maelin Morrison was born at 8:49AM. She weighed 9 pounds 2 oz, 20 3/4 inches long.

My Kids
My wonderful kids are my world. I love them more than anything.
James is one, he is getting so big.
Alina is 3 weeks old.
James is walking, shakes his head, gives high fives, gives kisses, and says Mama and Dada
Alina is a good sleeper and she breast-feeds like a champ. I can't believe how much my life has changed the 2 1/2 years I have been married to Jim. It has changed for the better. I have the greatest gifts anyone could ask for...My kids <3
